City And Colour Are Back!

Dallas Green brings his special blend of emotional rock back to us, finally.

The news we’ve all been waiting for; Dallas Green is back! The singer-songwriter, who is now known under the moniker of City and Colour, is set to release his fifth studio album this October.

After performing with Alexisonfire from 2001 and releasing 4 albums and achieving international success, in 2006 Green grabbed his guitar and set to work on his solo act, releasing Save your Scissors which garnered the songwriter plenty of critical acclaim. In 2011, Alexisonfire disbanded and Green continued to focus on City and Colour.

Known for his soothing and charming vocals, Mute Print have been anticipating a new album from City and Colour for some time. The Hurry and the Harm was released in 2013 (it feels longer!) and If I Should Go Before You is set for release on October 9 2015 with Dine Alone records.

To tingle your earbuds, City and Colour have released a snippet of what’s to come, album opener Woman is a huge nine minutes in length, but definitely worth every second. You’ll find the lyric video below.

If you can’t wait any longer, well tough, as pre-order is available from iTunes on Friday 24th July, you’ll even receive a download of Woman too, the early bird does get the worm.
